A fabulous opportunity to work in a luxury 4* spa located approximately 2 hours from Dublin. As a Head Therapist you will be responsible for the team in the absence of the Spa Manager and therefore be mature, professional, passionate about all of your treatments and trained to CIBTAC/CIDESCO standards or equivalent.
You must have at least 4-5 years of industry experience to be considered for this role and within this, you must have direct exposure to supervising a medium size team (10 or more).

Primary Duties

Set in 300 acres, including 50 acres of lakes, our client offers a unique experience in relaxation and leisure to their guests.

Located just 2 hours from Dublin city center, they offer a haven of comfort and relaxation, a place where you will wish to return again and again.

The Hotel is one of the finest in Ireland offering 4 star accommodation, a championship golf course, a superb leisure centre and a great range of indoor and outdoor activities for their guests to enjoy in Ireland.

We are now working on their behalf to find them a strong Head Therapist/Assistant Manager for their spa and wellness center where the latest holistic and beauty therapies from around the world indulge the senses of each spa goer.

Working with 2 infamous spa brands, you will already have had at least 4-5 years experience within the spa industry and be able to talk about what you could bring to their company.

You will be able to demonstrate experiences of training others within an operational capacity and seeing results from this. In addition, you will have previous experience of stock taking and ordering and be totally knowledgeable about spa treatments. Of coarse, your enthusiasm sets you aside from everyone else and you need to have been able to gain quick respect in previous positions from other members of staff.

This spa is large - there are 17 treatment rooms and approximately 15 staff in total and you must have experience of managing others in a similar role to apply.

This role will involve hands on therapy for about 70% of your day so you must still love all treatments.

We need you to have at least 4-5 years industry experience to apply and be trained with CIBTAC/CIDESCO or equivalent.

Full Driving License.
