We specialise in laser hair removal using Candela laser gold standard in hair removal, thread veins, rejuvenation , IMAGE SKINCARE, Jane Iredale, Waxperts wax, Gelish, Shellac, spray tan and more! This role would suit a senior beauty therapist who has management experience. We are conveniently located for candidates traveling from Tallow, Cork City, Dungarvan, and surrounding towns.

As manager you will be responsible for the daily operations, motivating a team of highly skilled therapists, stock control, finances and making sure excellent customer care exceeds expectation. Primary Duties

• Overseeing daily management of salon and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Management duties including staff roasters, stock control, and monitoring staff performance.
• Oversee Front of House duties including booking, rebooking and providing excellent customer care to clients.
• Using strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a team of highly skilled therapists.
• Achieve financial targets and business growth objectives by developing budgets and creating marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Using your own initiative to ensure business development and high standards are met.
• Ensure health and safety and overseeing facility maintenance standards.
• Lead, monitor and manage the daily operations of the business.
• Managing  therapists, monitoring performance and ensuring they all are reaching their full potential.
• Providing all administration support for the company ie: employee scheduling, supervising staff roasters and scheduling appointments.
• Managing and assisting with socical media, marketing and promotions.

• Highly customer service focused, possess interpersonal relationship and organisational skills;
• Above all, you must be absolutely passionate and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service to our clients.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments
• Good IT skills - Knowledge of Phorest Software is a huge advantage
• Excellent presentation and professional manner
• Shows attention to detail in their work routine.
